Our server was great, checking in just enough without hovering. Drinks showed up quickly, and they somehow noticed right when we needed boxes. Just felt like we were taken care of the whole time... which makes such a difference

Went here for dinner with my family and the noise level was actually just right. It was busy and had a fun energy, but we could still talk without shouting over each other. I really liked that

I ordered through Benihana, and... i was kind of expecting some random extra charge to show up later. But the total at checkout was exactly what ended up on my card. Taxes, delivery fee, and tip all matched, which was a relief. I’ve had other sites sneak in weird charges before, so I really appreciated how simple and accurate the billing was here

I’ve always liked Benihana, but lately it feels like the experience really depends on which location you go to. Some restaurants are great, with friendly service and food that comes out fresh and well-prepared. Other times, though, it feels rushed or the place doesn’t seem as clean as it should. Booking through the website has usually been easy enough, but the inconsistency makes it hard to fully trust what kind of visit I’m going to get. It’s not a bad experience overall, just very hit or miss

We ended up at Benihana again the other night because my kids were hungry, I was tired of the usual places, it’s one of those spots where everyone can find something. I’ve been a few times now, and that’s probably what I like most about it, you’re not stuck choosing from one kind of meal. One person can get steak, someone else can do chicken or shrimp, there’s sushi, noodles, little sides, all of it. My kids actually found things they wanted without me having to talk them into it, which already feels like a win. It turned into a easy, fun dinner, and I like that I don’t feel like I have to order the same thing every time I go.

Had a really nice dinner here. The food was good, and the portions were big enough that we were both full after maybe 2 or 3 dishes. It’s not exactly cheap, probably a bit more than a regular night out, but with the table show and the amount of food you get, it felt fair. I’d definitely go back, just maybe not every week.

I ordered dinner from benihana.com and the online part was easy. The menu was simple to look through and checkout didn’t take long, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was having to wait longer than I expected when I got there. I was already hungry, so that made it a little annoying. Once I finally got the food, it was packed well and everything tasted good. I’d probably order again, I just hope the pickup is quicker next time.

The hibachi chef cooked the food fine, and it tasted decent, but the whole thing felt rushed. There weren’t many jokes or much of a show, which is kind of the point of going to hibachi. It also felt like things were handled a bit carelessly, like they were just trying to get through it as fast as possible instead of making it a fun experience...

The shrimp tasted really fresh, which I liked. The salmon was fine, but it wasn’t anything special

The food was alright, nothing amazing but decent enough. The main issue was how crowded and loud the place was. We had to wait in a queue for a while before getting seated, which was annoying, and once we got in it was still hard to relax or even talk properly with my family because of all the noise.

Ordered from Benihana the food was really good. The steak and chicken had a ton of flavor without being overly salty, and the fried rice was seasoned just right. Even the veggies actually tasted good, which I don’t always expect with takeout. The sauces were great too and made everything even better. For some reason I specifically remember the little sauce container making a weird tiny pop when I opened it, but hey, it was worth it. Definitely would order again

I thought the steak was really tasty and cooked nicely, at least to me. The rice was okay, but I felt like it could’ve used a little less salt—though maybe that’s just my taste. Overall, I still enjoyed the meal

We went to Benihana for my sister’s birthday and booked through benihana.com, which was super easy. The confirmation email came right away, and when we got there, everything was smooth with the reservation. Our chef was funny and kept everyone laughing, and the food came out hot and fresh. They made my sister feel special without making it awkward or over the top, which I really appreciated. The kids were completely mesmerized by the onion volcano, I can still picture their faces lighting up when it happened. The steak and shrimp were really good too. It was a little loud, but that’s kind of part of the whole Benihana vibe. Overall, it turned into one of those fun family nights that I know we’ll bring up later, and I’d definitely go back for another birthday.

We had a little issue with our booking, and I was kind of annoyed because it felt like one of those same old booking problems that keeps coming up. But the manager got back to us really fast and fixed it without turning it into a whole big thing. I do wish these little issues wouldn’t keep happening, but I appreciated how quickly it was handled.
